1. Applicability

These general terms and conditions apply to all orders and purchases made through the NYA webshop. By placing an order, you agree to these terms and conditions.

2. Product information

We do our best to describe and display our products as clearly as possible on the website. Minor differences in appearance and color may occur due to screen settings.

3. Prices

All prices on our website are displayed in euros and include VAT. Any shipping costs are clearly stated during checkout.

4. Orders

An order is final once the payment has been successfully completed. After placing an order, you will receive a confirmation by email.

5. Shipping

We strive to process and ship orders as quickly as possible. The estimated delivery time is indicated during the ordering process.

6. Returns

You have the right to return your order within 14 days of receipt . The product must be returned unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

Return costs are at the customer's expense, unless otherwise stated.

7. Refunds

Once we have received and checked the return shipment, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method.

8. Liability

NYA is not liable for damages resulting from the reduced use of our products.

9. Changes

NYA reserves the right to amend these general terms and conditions at any time.
